1. PURCHASING OPTIONS
Online Checkout: You can purchase artworks directly through the online checkout. Once your purchase is complete, I will contact you to arrange shipping.
Bank Transfer: If you prefer to pay by bank transfer, please contact me via email. I will provide the necessary payment details, and we can arrange shipping once the payment is received.
Cash or MobilePay: You may also choose to pay with cash or MobilePay if you are collecting the artwork in person at my studio. Please contact me to schedule a pickup time.
2. SHIPPING AND COLLECTION
Shipping Options: I offer worldwide shipping for all artworks. Shipping costs vary depending on the destination, and I am happy to provide an estimate upon request. I aim to ship within 14 days of the purchase date, though most orders are shipped sooner.
Studio Collection: You are welcome to collect the artwork in person from my studio at no additional charge. Please arrange a collection time in advance.
Customs and Import Duties: International buyers are responsible for any customs or import duties that may apply in their country.
3. RETURNS AND REFUNDS
Buy or Return Policy: I hope you will be delighted with your new artwork. However, if you are not satisfied, you may return the artwork for a full refund within 7 days of receiving it. Please note that shipping costs are non-refundable.
Return Process: To return an artwork, contact me within 7 days to initiate the return process. The artwork must be packed securely in the original packaging or an equivalent standard, ensuring it arrives back in the same condition it was received.
Return Shipping Costs: The buyer is responsible for the return shipping costs. I recommend using a tracked shipping service to avoid any issues.
4. DAMAGE AND ISSUES
Damage During Shipping: If the artwork arrives damaged, please contact me within 48 hours of delivery with photographs of the damage. I will work with you to resolve the issue, which may include a refund, repair, or replacement.
Defective or Incorrect Items: If you believe the artwork you received is defective or not as described, please get in touch immediately so we can resolve the issue.
5. PAYMENT TERMS
Accepted Payment Methods: I accept payments via credit card, bank transfer, MobilePay, and cash (for in-studio pickups).
Payment Security: All online payments are processed through secure payment gateways to ensure your payment information is protected.
6. PRIVACY POLICY
Personal Information: I collect and use personal information only for processing orders, arranging shipping, and communication regarding your purchase.
Data Protection: Your information will not be shared with third parties, except as necessary for fulfilling your order (e.g., shipping companies).
